Welcome to Ambiance Salon and Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By using our services, making appointments, or visiting our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

1.1 Booking Appointments

All services are by appointment only.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and prepare for your service.
A credit card may be required to secure your appointment.

1.2 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
You will be charged the full service price regardless of reduced service time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

1.3 Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future appointments.

2. PAYMENT AND PRICING

2.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and Ambiance gift cards.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices may vary depending on the level of experience of the service provider.

2.2 Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Services

We stand firmly behind all our salon services.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 days, and we will make every effort to correct the issue.
Service adjustments will be performed by the original service provider at no additional charge.
No refunds will be given for completed services.

3.2 Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for a refund but may be exchanged for salon credit within 30 days.
Special order items are non-refundable.

4. HEALTH AND SAFETY

4.1 Health Concerns

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns before your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious skin conditions, open wounds, or infections.
If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before scheduling certain services.

4.2 Children

Children under 18 receiving services must have a parent or guardian present.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we recommend that children not accompany adults during spa treatments unless they are receiving services.
Please supervise children at all times while in the salon.

5. BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT

5.1 Respectful Environment

We strive to maintain a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service and ask disruptive guests to leave the premises.

5.2 Personal Belongings

Ambiance Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Please keep valuable items with you or leave them at home.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
