At Ambiance Spa & Salon, every detail is designed to provide a refined and tranquil experience. We kindly ask that you review the following to ensure your visit is seamless.
Arrival
We invite you to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fully relax and transition into your service.
Late arrivals may require an adjustment to your treatment time to respect the schedules of all guests.
Reservations
A valid credit card or gift certificate is required to secure all appointments.
Spa Environment
To preserve a serene and restorative atmosphere, we kindly request that all mobile devices be silenced and conversations kept to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy
We value both your time and the time of our team. Appointments must be adjusted or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made outside of this window may incur a 50% service fee.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and intended for indulgent experiences at your convenience. All gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
