Yes. Credit card or gift certificate numbers are required when booking an appointment.

What is your device/cell phone policy?

In consideration of other guests and for a relaxing experience, please turn off cell phones and other electronics.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. If you do not notify us within this time frame, you will be charged 50%.

Do gift cards expire or are they refundable?

Gift cards are nonrefundable and expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
